Now that you’ve completed the form, we will create a contract for our services confirming these details and pricing based on the information you provided. Once you receive the contract, please review, sign and return to Blush along with a check for the deposit. Please note we cannot guarantee availability of your date or your preferred makeup artist until a signed contract and deposit are received.
